Cancellation Policy

At Jessthetics, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your waxing appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and provide the best service possible, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy: 1. 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your slot to another client. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 25%. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us manage our schedule effectively. 3. Late/No-Shows: There is a 7 minute grace period. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. We value your time and ours, and this policy helps ensure that all clients receive the attention they deserve. 4. Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you without any penalties. 5. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to find a new time that works for you. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any rescheduling fees. 6. Courtesy Reminder: We will send you a reminder of your appointment 48 hours in advance via text/email/phone call to help you keep track of your schedule.
